Cerritos (Spanish for "small hill"), known as Dairy Valley from 1956 to 1967, is one of several cities that make up the Cerrito Valley region of San Bernardino County, California, home to the largest dairy farm in the United States and the second largest in California. It is home to the California Farm Bureau Federation, a nonprofit organization that the Office of Management and Budget calls the nation's largest agricultural producer of dairy products and the nation's leader in dairy production.

Although largely dominated by the culture of shopping malls and cult food courts, Cerrito's restaurants are a mix of middle-class restaurants - the street - serving the mall masses, especially families, and trendy Asian-inspired restaurants and tea houses that appeal to a younger demographic. The Umaya Lounge serves a variety of dishes including pho, tsuyu soup and udon noodles, as well as salads and sandwiches. Instead of cooking meat and vegetables in a pot, they bring a tasty Japanese TSUyu (soup base) to the table, which is combined with a soup of noodles. The base is simple and aromatic and you get a bowl of it by the way when you order the beef shake.

The restaurant is casual - you order at the cash desk, bring the food to the table and when you pull up, a friendly team member brings out the hot, delicious food and puts it in the car.

The gluten is prepared and covered with any sauce, but you can play around with a simple classic marinara or push things up and throw everything in your hand. I ordered spinach and feta, while Pacific Veggie has almost every vegetable you could think of. Have a Goma prepared in the house or in the house - Gomas or even a salad with fresh herbs and spices.

The city of Cerritos has a fleet of state-funded buses known as "Cerritos on Wheels" (COW), which have stops in the city. The propane-powered cows are also connected by overlapping stops along the city border.

Cerritos also has a shopping mall that is constantly populated by dozens of families and young people. The shopping center seems to overshadow the culinary scene in Cerrito, but it is not the first time that the shopping center has eclipsed the culinary scene in Cerrito.

Innovation is gaining momentum and is beginning to influence the food scene, with a number of new restaurants opening in Cerrito and other parts of the Bay Area. The high-quality pizza that is baked and delivered has started sourcing great ingredients and pursuing a proven strategy for making pizza.

The dishes permeate Ortega's unique vision, which incorporates innovation while preserving authenticity. Typical dishes include mole dumplings smothered in the house - prepared in Oaxaca style, tacos with short ribs and pickled radishes, and chili dishes made with Doritos instead of corn tortillas. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes such as fried locusts, tacos, quesadillas, burritos, pico de gallo, chilies and more.
